Coronado Bay Rental Rates

Off-Season: 
May. 3rd to Nov. 30th. one bedroom  $130 per night and two bedroom  $150 per night. 

If rented for a month or more monthly rate will be $1,750-$2,000 depending on the unit.

High Season:
Dec. 1st to May. 2nd. one bedroom  $150 per night and two bedroom  $185 per night. 

Deposit:
if an apartment is rented for up to one month deposit will be $300-$500 depending on the term.
For example 1 weekend is $300 deposit and 1 week is $500.
If an apartment is rented for one month or more deposit will be equal to one month rent.

Carnival week:  one bedroom  $250 per night, minimum 3 nights and two bedroom  $295 per night, minimum 3 nights.

Christmas and New Year:  one bedroom  $250 per night  and two bedroom  $295 per night.

All other Holidays:  one bedroom  $150 per night and two bedroom  $185 per night. 

Maximum 4 people.  No smoking in apartments. Small pet (cats or dogs) up to 30 lbs with additional charge of $50.

Airport pick-up and drive up to Coronado Bay is available for $80US plus tolls each way, per couple. Each additional person is $35US, each way.

Helpful Hints

We would like to offer you a few handy hints that will help you to settle into the building.

PH RECEPTION
The administration office operates during the following hours:-

Mon- Fri                  8am-5pm
Sat                           8am-12 Midday
Tel.                          345-3950

For assistance outside these hours please contact the Solarium Reception 345-3900.                           

SOLARIUM AND BEACH ACCESS
Residents are permitted to use all facilities of Solarium including the restaurant, bar area and beach club.

We ask you to please not bring coolers or food and drinks into Solarium or to the beach club area at the front of the property. This area is designated for only items purchased from Solarium.

A maximum of 3 guests with a P. H Resident are allowed to use the Solarium facilities without previous authorization from the General Manager. For private consumption or larger groups please feel free to use the Social Area on level 23.

For access to the beach please take the lift to level S1 and follow the fire stairs down to the basement. Disabled access is via the Solarium elevator.

Beach access is open from 6.30 am-6.30 pm. Outside these hours please kindly use the public access that runs alongside the property.  Please note the Solarium elevator is for Solarium guests only.


COMMON AREAS PH/SOCIAL AREAS
Please seek authorization from Administration for parties or socializing in common areas of more than 4 people per apartment.

No personal sound systems are allowed in any common areas

The roof top social area including Gym and Social Area is open 6am-11pm


LOST KEYS
Please contact the person who rented you the apartment


RUBBISH REMOVAL
Please place rubbish in the bins provided near the service elevator. PH staff will empty these bins twice a day.  Please see enclosed document outlining these rules.

PETS
Domestic pets are only allowed inside the apartments and are not permitted in common areas.  Access into the building is only allowed via one of the car parks and not permitted through the main lobby of P.H. Animals must be carried or on a leash while being transported.

Pets are not permitted at Solarium
